Dancing Through The Decades: The 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s

The Savannah Black Heritage Festival will sponsor its 8th Annual Fund Raiser, “Dancing Through the Decades – from the 60’s through the 90’s”.  Join us on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum, 460 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard from 8 pm to midnight for an evening of fun, frolic and reminiscence. We will dance the night away to popular songs from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s! There will be on-site raffles for chances to win cash, jewelry, gift cards and more. Awards will be given for Best Dancers for each decade, Best Line Dancers, and Best Dressed (in 60’S, 70’S, 80’S, or 90’S attire). Tickets are $40.00 per person, or $ 400.00 for a Reserved Table of 8. Advanced ticket sales only! No ticket sales at the door.

Time: 8 pm – 12 am at the Savannah Civic Center

All proceeds from the fund raiser will benefit the festival and help us continue to bring in nationally acclaimed performing artists, lecturers, programs, and visual arts exhibitions free of charge and open to the public.
